State Farm adjusters often noted damage I had not noticed and paid for the extra repair. Five years ago we had a several thousand dollar claim regarding our home. I submitted the claim on Sunday evening. State Farm processed the claim and the money was in my bank account on Tuesday morning!! That's what I call quick service. Recently some thieves broke into my external air conditioning unit and ruined it trying to get the copper out. Bill's staff explained exactly how to go about getting it fixed and took care of all of the costs less a small deductable. Bill's staff contacted me a month ago and suggested that I increase the coverage on my house The increase was less than $3 for 6 months for a tremendous increase in coverage.
